Tasks
- Manage our restaurant operations by overseeing a team made up of front and back of house employees
- Helping to organize and execute special event orders like pop-ups or or catering events
- Help team reach goal-oriented initiatives such as cost maintenance and revenue goals
- Train and develop new employees and manage existing team
- Assist with scheduling, ordering, management of inventory, and general restaurant operations
- Ensure that proper procedures are followed for opening and closing shifts including cash management and deposits.
