These delicious buns have become a fan favorite over the years at Dumpling Daughter. We combine slow-cooked braised beef brisket with Spanish onions to create a flavorful and satisfying bun. If you like hamburgers, you will like these even more!  Steam them and then pan-sear the bottoms for a crispier treat. 

Each cooler can fit up to five boxes of product. Shipped on dry ice so be careful unpackaging!
